Lesson 1: What are the defining Sanskrit origins of Naad Yoga?
This was such a foundational concept that it wasn’t considered formally a subject on its own, rather the foundation of every spiritual study. Eventually formalized into Shastriya Sangeet, which was also synonymously informally termed Naad Yoga, with the widespread assumption that everyone knew the principles as a foundation, and music was practiced as a spiritual research study of the deep concepts of Naad Yoga.
